Fuel filters are key to helping your hot water pressure washer run like it should. It helps to keep bad fuel and/or water from getting into the burner. Fuel filters are easy to replace and/or repair if needed. It is recommended that the fuel filter is checked regularly. If your pressure washer is coming out of storage, it is best to replace the fuel filter. 

COMMON FUEL FILTER PROBLEMS

BURNER WON'T IGNITE?

One or more of these things could be the cause:

1. If the fuel filter is plugged it will cause problems with fuel flow as well as potentially ruining the fuel pump.

2. The fuel pump could be getting debris or moisture in it. This can cause your machine to not burn properly. 

3. We suggest taking a look at the nozzle. There could be build up within or on the nozzle.

It is good to get in the habit of checking the fuel filter when running your machine. Doing this regularly, could help prevent burner and/or fuel pump issues down the road.
