Winterizing your pressure washer

Jack Frost is right around the corner.  Don't forget to winterize your pressure washer before it's too late.  Give us a call to help you through the process, or follow the steps below.

Unit with float tank:
1. Turn water supply off and run unit until water in float tank is drained.
2. Shut down machine.
3. Take tip out of trigger gun and squeeze trigger in.
4. Take air supply and blow air through the air blow-off valve for 4-5 seconds.
5. Fill float tank with antifreeze.
6. Turn machine back on while squeezing trigger gun.
7. Run unit until antifreeze in float tank is gone.
8. Repeat steps 2, 3, & 4 until antifreeze/white foam comes out of trigger gun.

Unit without float tank (direct pressure):

3. Attach funnel/hose to low pressure inlet and fill with antifreeze.
4. Turn machine on while squeezing trigger gun.
5. Run unit until antifreeze in funnel is gone and turn off.
